Introducing the Creative EdHub App (Beta)
I created this app for teachers who want everything in one place.
During reporting time, I realised my student evidence lived across multiple platforms, folders, and documents. I was spending more time finding evidence than using it. This app was created to change that.
The Creative EdHub App helps teachers:
- Organise assessments, student work, and SMART goals
- Collect evidence, notes, results, and photos
- Track what’s upcoming, overdue, completed, or still needed
- View evidence by student, class, or subject
- Open a student profile and clearly show evidence to families
Each student has their own profile, and teachers choose how students are identified. No personal data is required; you decide what works best for you.
Right now, my favourite part of the app is seeing:
- How much evidence have I collected for each student
- What I’m still missing
- What’s overdue (without judgement, just clarity)
This is a Beta release
The app is currently in Beta. That means:
- It’s fully usable
- It’s still growing
- Features are being refined carefully, not rushed
Upcoming features (when they’re ready):
- Curriculum-linked evidence
- Lesson planning
- AI assistance
- Teacher wellbeing tools
- iOS and Android access
I’m building this slowly and intentionally, only adding what truly works.
Free during launch, free for life
- The app is free during Beta
- Teachers who join during the launch will receive free lifetime access, including future updates
- When Beta ends, the app will move to an annual subscription model
How to access the app
To keep this launch calm and personal, access is by invitation.
- Join the Creative EdHub mailing list
- Complete a short welcome form
- I’ll personally send you the access link
I check the list twice daily during launch.
No pressure. No urgency. Just an open door.
